would like to introduce our new signature wine label Foghat Cellars.
We will be offering fine tasting wines from various Central Coast California vineyards.

Foghat Cellars 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our first offering comes from the Rietkerk Vineyard in Paso Robles and is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Syrah. thirty months of barrel aging has given this wine a velvety texture and distinctive bouquet.
Enjoy this delicious wine now or later, with your favorite food and/or music!

As you can see by the photos, we are having a great time learning about the wine industry. From growing the grapes, to harvesting to bottling! We have been getting involved in all aspects. We are in the process of building this website and will keep you posted about our wine project and the delicious wines that Foghat Cellars will be offering. The 2005 Cab is now gone, and we have just released our 2008 Chardonnay from Sierra Madre Vineyards...coming soon a 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Santa Ynez Valley! Stay tuned....
